We believe we have identified a solution to the issue caused by the recent IOS 16.4.1 update and are doing some final testing before releasing. We will update you as soon as we push the fix.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

1. Outage is directly related to iPad users with the most recent IOS update (16.4.1)
2. Avoid updating your iPad if you haven’t already
